Return & Exchange Policy
Your satisfaction is Guaranteed! If you are unhappy with your purchase from eAdirondack Style you may return the item(s) for a refund or exchange within 30 days of your receipt. The item(s) must be in new condition, unused and in original packaging material. Please note this does not apply to cushions and pillow orders. Refer to our policy below for cushion and pillow return.

All items returned under this policy are eligible for a refund. The full purchase price minus ACTUAL shipping and handling and a 15% restocking fee will be credited to the same form of payment used in the original purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the merchandise is defective, damaged in transit, or a result of our error). Therefore customers should insure all returns for the purchase price of the product to protect you in the event of loss or damage.

All returns must have an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number. You can request an RGA number by calling 1-888-390-6696. If any of the items you purchase from eAdirondack Style is defective, we will be happy to provide a replacement for you. Please e-mail or call us for return instructions.

Should you receive a product that appears to be damaged from UPS or FedEx ground shipping, please call us within 3 business days of your receipt. Be sure to have your invoice, order number and shipment tracking number available. We will file an insurance claim and order a replacement for you.

Special attention is needed for products shipped by freight. It is important for you to inspect your shipment carefully! Any damage made to the carton or product itself, must be noted on the freight bill BEFORE the driver leaves. You can either accept the cartons as damaged or you can refuse them. If you do not note damage on the freight bill, the freight carrier may only accept partial responsibility for the merchandise. You must understand that it is your responsibility to inspect all goods before signing that there is nothing wrong.

Cushion & Pillow Return Policy
Cushions and pillows are custom made. Due to this custom-made feature, the large color palette and size variations, all cushion and pillow sales are final. A return will not be accepted unless there was a manufacturing defect to your cushion or pillow order. You will be charged up front for your order even if product had not been shipped.
